When a plan's monthly reports are used up, you pay per report at your plan's rate for extra reports, which is always less than the once-off price. After you cancel, you keep the month's remaining included reports, and extra reports are at the once-off price.
Unused reports expire at the end of each billing month; they do not carry over.
If a report is missing a section that the property page said it would include, you get a refund or a credit — your choice.
Prices are the full amount you pay. No VAT is charged.
